We'll begin with a mat Pilates class taught by Annie Nimmo designed to increase strength and flexibility, followed by a high energy dance class taught by Tristan Reimann focused on solo steps that'll get your blood pumping!
10:15a - 12:15p (please bring a yoga/pilates mat if you have one, we will have some available at the studio to borrow if you don't have one)
Open to anyone, dance or pilates experience not needed. Wear comfortable athletic attire, and for the dance fitness portion we recommend dance shoes, or comfortable smooth soled shoes.
