How to connect your center so that it supports you

I easily get both pedantic and poetical about the core, especially the core of the core, so I will try to give you the key concepts while giving you some fact and hopefully not being too ... excited.

"Settle down now, Prancy Pants!" ~Emily Larsen

So here we are friends ... Week 5 of learning how to West Coast Swing. My beautiful instructor for the next 4 weeks is Miss Emily Larsen. Ems is one of my very favorite people at Go Dance, and I was excited to see what the lessons would be like. First, let me say that our lesson was filled with laughter ... a ton of laughter! When we weren't laughing, Ems gave me a lot of inside tips on how to have better connection and be a better Follower. To be honest, she was much more technical than I thought she would be.
