You’ve surely seen the sweaty masses at 6 a.m. slinging medicine balls, dropping for squats, quivering in plank position in a field or a parking lot. Well, we have a different kind of boot camp for you at Go Dance! This workshop will make you sweat and tone your muscles in a beautiful, air-conditioned studio while having a blast and developing dance skills!

Designed and led by instructor Hilary Carlson, Ballroom Bootcamp is an exciting way to dance as exercise without feeling like you’re “just working out.” You’ll learn different dance styles such as Rumba, Cha Cha, and Waltz while toning, burning calories, and improving your coordination. The best part is, you get out of it what you put into it — the more you learn, the more you improve your technique, balance, and stamina.
